Common questions

When should I expect a response?

We reply within two business days. During active retreats, messages received after noon on Friday roll into Monday responses so guides can stay present with participants.

Do you accept in-kind donations?

Yes. Fly rods, waders, adaptive equipment, and travel vouchers are helpful. Email the partnership team with details so we can coordinate drop-off or shipping.

How do I confirm my application was received?

Every submission triggers an automated confirmation email. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check spam folders or email us to manually verify receipt.
